DO’S

■ Do become familiar with reading passages on a computer screen.

■ Do practice different types of RCs

■ Do try and read the daily newspaper on-line.

■ Do check out the format and interface of the Computer-based exam.

■ Do improve your memory in terms of remembering details contained in the passage.

■ Do develop your skills in making inferences.

■ Do become ‘an active reader’.

■ Do read as much as possible.

■ Do make sure that there is a variety in terms of what you read.

DON’TS

■ Do not rely on underlining details in the passage etc.

■ Do not be ‘a passive reader’.

■ Do not read on only a few topics.

■ Do not look for short-cuts!
